Our bodies are most amazing and unique!

Joy, sensitivity, creativity and productivity are everyone's birthrights. Claiming those rights to health and well-being turned into a learning process.

Many of the things we do and don't do create tensions in our bodies and surroundings in different degrees.

Tension affects movement and the flow of energy in our system. Tensions reduce the actual physical spaces needed within the body. Mechanical restrictions can inhibit the flow of fluids, can create stress and damage for nerves, muscles, organs, tissues, joints, bones... We get easily accustomed to imbalances and carry them with us, sometimes for many, many years.

Chemical or mechanical intervention through i.e. medication or surgery has its place, but cannot take away the need for you and me to mature into being ourselves in body, mind and soul.

Restored functionality of the body and freedom from pain are the natural results of healing. Bodywork is an invitation for change, an opening for balance. It is an invitation for both of us to be present and to tune into a relaxing and nourishing atmosphere.

In my work I incorporate elements of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Prolonged Compressions and other non-invasive modalities.
The Massage Studio is located in Carmel, Mid-Valley.

Analysis of the obvious...

You have the best intentions. You work very hard. But you invest too much energy.   Things need to be done. Decisions need to be made. Checks and reviews are waiting.   Time and money are involved. Other people too. Here and at different places.     What is missing?   You could try harder, develop stress based conditions, or hope for the future.   Whatever you do, you are not a machine, but a unique living being. Structure and organization do not contradict this fact.     "It requires a very unusual mind to undertake the analysis of the obvious."   Certainly you will find out what works best for you... But when?   Let's get together. Not for me to do your "work", but to join in clarity, for a productive and goal-oriented learning experience. Either with paper and pen, or electronically (ideally on a Mac).
